Position Summary Physician-owned gastroenterology practice in Durango, Colorado, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Gastroenterologist. This role offers immediate procedural volume, no ramp period, strong earning potential, and a clear path to ownership in both the practice and a physician-owned surgical hospital. About Us: Digestive Health Associates is a physician-led GI practice partnered with a locally owned surgical hospital. This practice is built around clinical autonomy, efficiency, and long-term physician sustainability. This is a growth-driven opportunity supported by established anesthesia, nursing, and endoscopy teams, strong referrals, and significant unmet procedural demand. The clinic has a 2-3 month backlog, with 3,000+ open-access colonoscopy recalls. Join a team of 2 gastroenterologists and 3 experienced GI Physician Assistants. Experienced Physician Track: Join with immediate clinical autonomy and no productivity micromanagement.
