OVERVIEW: As the Production Coordinator, you will support Alo’s team in all areas of production. This person will work closely with the Production managers and Global vendors to ensure that timelines are met. We’re looking for a team player who is detail-oriented, proactive and has a sense of urgency. Analytical, organizational and communication skills are the key to the success of this role. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Partner with manager to issue POs, track samples and manage WIPs. - Communicate daily with domestic and international vendors to track production status, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery. - Monitor POs, delivery dates and internal launch dates. - Maintain and update internal tracking systems. - Own weekly delivery updates and sample status meetings. - Coordinate the management of the rece...
