General Manager - CAT Compact Department: Machine Division (MAC): Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Irving-Las Colinas: Description: The CAT Compact General Manager (GM) is responsible for setting and achieving short and long-term strategic plans in alignment with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values. The GM evaluates, allocates and directs all human, physical, and financial resources within CAT Compact Location.
