Department: 39115 NH Pine Pointe Hospice - Hospice: Inpatient Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: No Hou rs Per Week: 0 Schedule Details/Additional Information: MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TAKE SHIFTS FOR WEEKDAY, WEEKEND AM AND/OR PM SHIFTS. 7A-7P AND/OR 7P-7A Pay Range: $35.50 - $53.25 Inpatient Hospice Unit | Pine Pointe Hospice 📍 6261 Peake Rd, Macon, GA 31210 Schedule: 12‑hour day shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Weekdays and weekends as needed: Major Responsibilities: Engages in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices. Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care, engaging patients and families through the continuum of care. Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, mobilizes resources, and collaborates with the care team to influence care outcomes. Upholds and promotes a culture of safety. Continuously evaluates patient, team, and unit outcomes, taking action as needed. May administer medications, treatments, and therapies safely and according to clinical protocols and procedures.
