TOGETHER, WE SAVE LIVES: Med-Eng is looking for a Subcontract and Product Compliance Manager located in Ottawa, ON. The Subcontract and Product Compliance Manager is responsible for supply chain cybersecurity and flow-down obligations in relation to the Canadian Program for Cyber Security Certification (CPCSC) and Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC). This role also mitigates organizational risk by ensuring that products meet regulatory standards (e.g. REACH, RoHS, PFAS, Prop 65, GIDEP and Conflict Minerals, among others) before and after they enter the market. In addition, the Subcontract and Product Compliance Manager provide project management support for compliance related initiatives, including planning, scoping, scheduling, risk management, and execution of cross functional activities. The role partners closely with Supply Chain, Legal, Contracts, Compliance, Program Management, Quality, Engineering, and New Product Introduction (NPI) teams to identify applicable regulations, define and implement contractual flow down requirements, track compliance milestones, and ensure timely delivery of compliance objectives in support of government and customer contract commi...
