Department: 70519 Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center - Mobile Integrated Health Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: MIH-EMT Runner and Support Position The MIH-EMT Runner and Support position provides critical operational and logistical support to the Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) team. This role is essential to maintaining efficiency across daily operations and ensuring continuity of patient care. Responsibilities include a variety of tasks, which may involve direct patient interaction such as transporting patients to their homes or returning them to healthcare facilities. The role requires frequent driving and coordination across multiple locations, including resupplying MIH bases and rendezvousing with field paramedics to transport medications, meals, laboratory specimens, or other time-sensitive items back to the hospital. This position also works closely with the AirCare logistics team to support fleet readiness and maintain vehicle availability.
