Job Description & Responsibilities We are seeking onsite FSR’s to be critical members of the Persistent Systems, LLC Field Technical Service and Support (FT2S) team supporting Air Force programs in Minot, ND. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) with Persistent Systems, LLC, you will deliver dependable, professional, and compliant on-site support for government contracts and mission-critical operations. In this role, you will ensure that systems, users, and services consistently meet contractual performance standards through structured training, proactive maintenance, and effective sustainment practices. You will also perform hands-on technical tasks, including equipment maintenance using bucket trucks at heights of approximately 60 feet. Additionally, you will support performance tracking, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure readiness for audits and reporting requirements.
