Your role: You can join a team of analysts providing 24/7 monitoring of customer infrastructure! You could be responsible for identifying service issues early and providing resolutions whenever possible (based on documented procedures) or liaising with the Level 2 team if required. Your tasks: - Monitoring and supervision of IT infrastructure - Handling incidents and alerts - Carrying out tasks by strictly following the documents containing the procedures and operations - Performing and analyzing results for health checks executed on customer’s infrastructure Your profile: - Fluent knowledge of French and English - Basic understanding of Linux/Windows area - IT support working experience - Knowledge of mainframe is a must - Problem solving skills, analytical thinking and attention to...
