Mission Overview: This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Business Analyst within the Transformation Office. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to impactful digital transformation initiatives. Responsibilities: Requirements: - Guide change on the logon and communication roadmap within the digital channels environment, ensuring stakeholder value creation throughout the agile lifecycle. - Bring expertise and coordination to the study and refinement process, gathering, understanding, and challenging the needs of a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders. - Consolidate and standardize stakeholder needs into input for delivery teams, accounting for technical and process constraints. - Safeguard end-to-end value of delivered solutions. - Manage the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure. - Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, including customer experience, marketing, and operations teams. - Collaborate with the solution design tea...
