Job description

The Landscape Technician has the responsibility to participate in an efficient and comprehensive landscape maintenance program. This includes having the responsibility for routine landscape maintenance, light building maintenance/carpentry repairs, and light cleaning. The primary focus of this role will be to maintain grass, trees, shrubbery, and ground surface covers. In this role you will respond to colleague and business requested work orders and have a routine schedule of work orders to complete. Primary responsibilities include: - Work with the landscaping team in daily tasks. Assist as needed for scheduled/unscheduled absences. Help with equipment maintenance and repairs. Assist Landscape Manager and Landscape Tech Lead with coordination of deliveries. - Follow proper training and best practices in equipment use, maintenance and daily tasks. Work day-to-day grounds keeping operations of multiple retail banking and main office facilities. - Perform grounds keeping and building maintenance duties as required.
