Employment type: Full-time Location: Amsterdam Level: Entry-level / Junior What you'll do: Reviewing and assessing KYC files: Ensuring compliance and a smooth onboarding process - You verify the identity of ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) and review submitted documentation - You validate company information (such as KvK) and ensure everything complies with regulations - You spot inconsistencies and collaborate with the right teams on more complex cases - You make sure every file meets regulatory requirements as well as Flatpay’s internal guidelines and those of partners such as Rapyd and Shift4 - You don’t miss a detail: you proactively follow up on missing or incorrect documents with col...
