About the Role: Build and lead the operational engine behind the Sovereign team! In this role, you will support high-impact deals, drive operational rigor, and oversee administrative functions. This role is crucial in creating the structure and systems that allow the team to execute at the highest level. What You’ll Do: Commercial Support: Partner with Regional Directors to advance complex sovereign deals. Sales Enablement: Direct the creation of high-impact sales materials. Pipeline Rigor: Own the forecast; enforce CRM hygiene and support Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) for the unit. Operational Oversight: Oversee global travel engagements and executive briefings (managing analyst and admin support).
