The Study at University City is seeking dedicated Room Attendants to help create a comfortable, clean, and memorable experience for every guest. This role is responsible for maintaining guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness, supporting stayover services, and ensuring all maintenance needs are promptly reported and addressed. Our attentive and service-driven team members embody our core belief: guest service is our highest priority. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver warm, professional service and uphold the highest hospitality standards. - Clean and service guest rooms thoroughly during and after each stay, including: - Stripping and making beds; changing linens and duvet covers. - Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (showers, toilets, sinks, mirrors, counters, floors, and fixtures). - Dusting furniture, baseboards, shelves, window ledges, and decorative items. - Replenishing bathroom linens and guest amenities. - Vacuuming, sweeping, and removing trash. - In guest suites, operate dishwashers and restock kitchen items to established par levels. - Respond promptly...
