Here at the Statistics and Data Analysis section at DTU Compute, we are looking for a new colleague to support and enhance our goal of bridging the gap between the classical and modern statistical methods. In this position, you are expected to contribute to this mission by engaging in both teaching and research activities. We are particularly interested in candidates with a very strong background in classical statistics for establishing the necessary foundation for venturing into and expanding the field with modern approaches for data science. We believe that such a foundation will be an utmost necessity for deeper understanding of more advanced approaches to data science problems and for their effective applications.
