Production Scheduler - Production Planning Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels - Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure schedule feasibility and alignment - Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays, equipment issues, or material shortages - Prioritize work orders to meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements - Analyze capacity constraints and recommend solutions to improve throughput and efficiency - Ensure raw materials, compounds, and components are available to support planned production - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, schedule adherence, and production efficiency - Communicate schedule changes and updates to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner - Support continuous improvement initiatives related to production planning and workflow optimization - Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems Qualifications: - Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field - 2–5 years of experience in production...
