This is a critical permanent, full-time opportunity based in Melbourne (hybrid, 2 days in office). Adelaide or Brisbane could also be considered. In this senior leadership role, you will have end-to-end ownership of operational automations in HI Operations (non-core system automations), leading a team and managing offshore vendors to deliver, maintain, and optimise automation solutions. Your focus will be on stability, efficiency, and alignment to business priorities while balancing customer experience, operational performance, risk, and commercial outcomes.
