Overview Capitol Park Mental Health Hospital, an affiliate of Fairview Health Services, provides comprehensive mental health treatment for adults and seniors in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota. We are opening our brand new Outpatient program soon and seeking a Director of Outpatient services to lead the way. Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000 annually.
