Overview: The HR Technology Manager is responsible for leading the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HRIS systems. This role oversees data integrity, system functionality, and reporting while providing technical guidance to end users. Reporting to HR leadership, this position partners closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure HR systems effectively support organizational goals and employee lifecycle processes.
