We help practices get paid correctly, on time, for some of the most complex billing scenarios in behavioral health. We're building a modern, technology-forward RCM operation — and we need a supervisor who can lead the team doing the work. The Role: The RCM Supervisor is a working, player-coach leader responsible for the day-to-day performance, development, and quality output of our Benefit Verification & Prior Authorization Specialists and our Accounts Receivable Specialists. This is a hands-on role: you'll spend meaningful time in the work itself — running BVs, pushing tough prior authorizations across the finish line, chasing complex AR, and modeling what great looks like for the team.
