Description JOB SUMMARY: The Assisted Living Director is responsible for the leadership of the Health Services operations at the Assisted Living Facility (ALF), assuring delivery of quality programs and services to the residents in a safe and secure environment, maintaining positive relationships with residents, family members, staff, volunteers, churches and the local community, and for providing continuity of care and the consistent application of policies and procedures. This position is accountable to the Executive Director/Assistant Executive Director.
