This position requires legal research, legal analysis, and drafting of memoranda, opinions, and other dispositions of issues raised on appeal before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Typical Duties: - Review appellate briefs, certified records, trial court opinions and court dockets. - Research legal and procedural issues presented on appeal. - Draft memoranda, opinions and orders, as assigned. - Perform related work as required.
