Service Manager

Job description

Flintwood Disability Services is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality day program services across our sites. This role requires a confident and values-driven leader who can balance operational management with hands-on program development and delivery. You will ensure personalised, person-centred programs for Participants while leading and mentoring a team of support staff. You will work collaboratively with families, external service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure each Participant's goals, independence, and community inclusion are upheld in line with Flintwood's Mission, Vision and Core Values.
