Agitator Driver Casual HR Agitator Driver: Driving a concrete agitator truck for Heidelberg Materials is more than just going from A to B and back again. Our Agitator drivers provide high levels of customer service to our clients receiving our products, becoming the face of our business. As a Driver, you will be making multiple deliveries throughout the day and interacting with lots of different people. Every day will be different; there's nothing routine about this role! About the role: - Rates: $28.30ph plus 25% casual loading - You will be based at our Port Lincoln Concrete Plant. - Most days will start at 6am and drivers will do up to 38 hours per week with regular overtime. - As we mentioned, driving an Agi is like being a Customer Service Agent on wheels. You will be dealing with lots of different personalities every day, so you need to be comfortable interacting with people you haven't met before - We provide cutting edge technology to not only keep you safe whilst driving, but also to help you map your routes and keep track of your loads - All new starts go through a 10-day training program before we let you loose by yourself.
