Your recruiter will provide additional details about our total rewards package during the hiring process Scope of Position: This role supports Alterna members and Alterna Bank clients via member initiated contact or proactive outreach through our Contact Centre. This is a Contact Centre senior agent role, with focus on engaging virtually with members/clients to explore, understand and meet their overall financial needs. The successful candidates will provide sound financial advice and solutions with optimal member/clients focus. Sales are driven by providing solutions to members/clients through effective interviewing and probing and then providing investment/Wealth and credit solutions.
