Overview The Senior Proposal Coordinator is a core member of the pursuit team—responsible for developing clear, credible, and differentiated proposal content that positions Shimmick and Axia to win complex infrastructure work. You will work directly with operations leaders to extract project knowledge and translate it into strong, strategic messaging across proposals, qualifications, and interviews. This role requires ownership, speed, and the ability to operate under pressure. We are not looking for someone to manage documents—we are looking for someone who helps us win.
