We are looking for a talented Skilled Technician to join our team specializing in specializing in Controls and Automation for our Manufacturing Engineering Department in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. This is a permanent on-site position, working 35 hours per week with flexibility working shifts. - Day shift: 7:30am - 15:00pm - Middle shift: Mon - Thurs: 14:30pm - 22:15pm, Friday: 14:00pm - 20:15pm In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Apply comprehensive technical knowledge to safely perform skilled manufacturing activities that support operational and business objectives. - Lead by example in Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) practices by identifying hazards, stopping unsafe work, reporting incidents, and promoting a culture of interdependence and accountability. - Ensure high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship, performing work accurately in line with diagrams, manuals, specifications, and quality procedures. - Support equipment reliability by contributing to failure analysis, preventive maintenance systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Lead and coordinate others as a formal technical resource, providing guidance, kn...
