Business Support Risk Representative Department: 22S5- Customer Support Center: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Pinnacle Support Center: Description: GENERAL SUMMARY: At the direction of the Business Support Risk Analyst, provide customer service and data entry support via the telephone, chat and email in compliance with established policies and procedures. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: - Assists Risk Analyst with preparation and distribution of annual Risk Worksheets and administration of reporting software. - Assists Business Support Risk Analyst with escalation support and training as needed. - Regular and reliable attendance. - Performs other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: - Knowledge of Fiserv internet banking software and general banking operations. - Ability to communicate effectively with management, customers and co-workers. - Ability to pay close attention to detail and work with a high degree of accuracy. - Ability to meet deadlines and work independently. - Ability to assist others within the department. - Skills in problem solving. - Ability to make sound decisions using information at hand.
