We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Plymouth to assist with the appointment of a Service Manager , on a 4-month contract , likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay: £355.46 - £470.15 per day Summary: A senior leadership role responsible for leading and developing the Front Door service within Children's Social Care. The role focuses on ensuring timely, high-quality responses to contacts, referrals, and safeguarding concerns, so children receive the right support at the right time. You will drive service improvement, strengthen practice standards, and lead a multi-agency team within a MASH environment.
