Job DetailsJob Location: Ohio City - Cleveland, OH 44113Position Type: Full TimeJob Shift: Day Essential Functions and Duties: Completes daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning and maintenance tasks for the Ohio City Campus (Brewpub, gift shop, offices, event spaces, brewery) as assigned by supervisor. Works closely with supervisor for task assignments, maintenance work, and opportunities to improve spaces around campus. Utilizes proper sanitization procedures to ensure a healthy, sanitary work environment. Maintains a clean and organized work area. Maintains regular communication with restaurant, retail, events, and office management teams as needed to quickly resolve issues. Under direction of supervisor - assists in completing scheduled preventative maintenance and repair of restaurant equipment and systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) Responsible for completing basic painting, drywall, plumbing and upkeep projects as assigned. Act as point-of-contact for specific vendors and contractors as assigned by supervisor. Will fill in, when supervisor is away, as primary point-of-contact for vendors, contractors, and employees.
