Description This role will be onsite at our Easton office in Columbus, OH (or in Minnetonka, MN) Summary: The Lead Business Systems Analyst works with business partners within one or more business unit to align technology solutions with business strategies. Duties and Responsibilities: - Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of a business area in the context of the business client’s unit to identify and communicate how IT solutions can strategically assist and support. - Supports one or more highly complex business processes, requiring design or integration of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business. - Serve as a project team member or team lead. Responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis and documentation of future business requirements. - Align IT resources and processes in order to meet the client organization’s needs, as well as the design of enterprise solutions. - Perform other duties as assigned.
