Description The Department of Radiology in the School of Medicine at the University of Washington in Seattle is seeking applications for one full-time faculty position at the level of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor WOT (without tenure by reason of funding), commensurate with experience, to join the growing Molecular Imaging and Therapy Nuclear Medicine service at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. This position has an anticipated start date of February 1, 2026. Assistant Professors WOT are eligible for multi-year appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30). Associate Professors WOT and full Professors WOT hold indefinite appointments that align with a 12-month service period (July 1-June 30). Faculty with 12-month service periods are paid for 11 months of service over a 12-month period (July-June), meaning the equivalent of one month is available for paid time off. In addition to clinical activities, responsibilities will include instruction of medical students, diagnostic radiology residents, nuclear medicine residents, and molecular imaging/nuclear medicine fellows.
