Description Mental Health Association of Nassau County (MHANC) is a not-for-profit membership organization dedicated to improving mental health in our community through advocacy, education, program development, and the delivery of direct services. Our organization is looking for a motivated individual with a calling to help adults with mental illness by becoming a PROS Advisor. The PROS Advisor is responsible for designing and delivering psychiatric rehabilitation curriculum to adults with mental health conditions enrolled in MHANC’s Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) Program. This role supports individuals in achieving personal recovery goals, promoting healthier, more fulfilling lives in alignment with their cultural values and beliefs. The PROS Advisor will provide group work and individual sessions to members in the PROS Program.
