Job Description: The Deputy Station Manager supports day-to-day operations of the Centralized Inspection Facility (CIF) and serves as the acting lead in the Station Manager’s absence. This role helps ensure safe, compliant, efficient inspection operations while delivering a high-quality customer experience and supporting station performance goals (safety, budget, and inspections). Key Responsibilities: Operations & Safety: - Support the Station Manager in achieving station safety, budget, and inspection performance targets. - Maintain a safe, productive work environment for all employees. - Ensure inspection lanes operate efficiently and in accordance with SOPs and program requirements. - Complete and submit accident reports in accordance with current SOP.
