Regional AVP of Mortgage Sales- North Idaho and Spokane

Job description

Promote and service Credit Union loan products to Real Estate Agents, builders and individuals throughout the community. Lead the mortgage sales teams to meet production and growth goals and develop lasting relationships with real estate agents and builders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant field required. Five years’ experience required. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of the credit union and member records at all times. - Provide Regional leadership to establish and sustain successful real estate community relationships that meet loan needs and provide additional products and services from the credit union. - Establish the day-to-day business practices necessary to build an ongoing mortgage sales team including annual goal setting, hiring, coaching, training, technology, marketing, etc. - Work effectively with the Mortgage Processing, Mortgage Underwriting and Secondary Market departments in order to provide superior service to our members throughout the mortgage loan process. - Take a leadership role in regional representation of the credit union to the local real estate community in order to build awareness, bra...
