YOUR CHALLENGE: Execute 2nd Line of Defence (2LoD) controls within the Booking Centre Switzerland, ensuring independent oversight and effective challenge Maintain the control inventory and produce up-to-date, accurate control documentation in alignment with regulatory requirements and Group policies Carry out key compliance monitoring activities related to the Personal Account Transactions – Framework, including breach assessment, investigation coordination, and recommendation of disciplinary actions where warranted Implement and monitor controls for ad-hoc confidentiality obligations and staff self-attestations, managing exceptions through investigation and follow-up to closure Proactively assess compliance risks by reviewing adherence to conflict-of-interest rules and personal trading restrictions Prepare and deliver periodic reports on control outcomes, issue tracking, and remediation...
