Bring Hope and Healing as an ACT Nurse (LPN/RN) As part of one of our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams, you’ll provide compassionate, community-based care that helps individuals experiencing serious mental illness achieve stability and wellness. In this role, you’ll combine your clinical expertise with a whole-person, recovery-focused approach—offering both direct nursing care and support that empowers clients to thrive in their own communities. Schedule: Monday-Friday, with willingness to not have set hours. On Call hours will be required.
