About the Role: Dandy is looking for a Production Supervisor to be a founding leader of our brand-new Indianapolis facility. This is a unique opportunity to help launch and scale a state-of-the-art manufacturing site from the ground up. You will oversee shift workflows, equipment, and a team of 40+ technicians, playing a pivotal role in establishing our "four corner" operational model and building a high-performance culture from day one.
