Our consultancy services include e.g. market entry & growth strategies including M&A, sales acceleration as well as Public Affairs support. We help Swedish companies enter new markets, understand market dynamics, identify local partners, understand the regulatory landscape, and develop their services or product offering. Our focus is to grow the advisory part of our business and to become even more relevant in most important business ecosystems to help propel the international growth of Swedish companies.
