Our Company All Ways Caring HomeCare Overview: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LPT/LVN) provides direct and indirect care to clients in their home environment in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures. The LPN instructs, motivates, and assists clients in health maintenance and disease prevention to improve their ability to live independently at home. The nurse directs the efforts of the Caregiver when involved in the client’s plan of care. Based on state regulations, may perform administrative and/or field/clinical responsibilities while receiving oversight and clinical direction from a Registered Nurse.
