OVERVIEW: ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet everyone (teammates and customers) and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience. Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards. Perform cleaning of facility, including floors, restrooms, trash removal, display items, glass surfaces, etc. Assist with transporting merchandise for customers throughout the store.
