Job description

Responsible for the daily operations of the food and beverage outlets. DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: NG Bartender, NG Beverage Server, NG Porter, Host, Food Runner, Server Assistant, NG F&B Outlet Attendant, Steakhouse Server, Steakhouse Bartender KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Other duties as assigned. - Report to work fit and ready to work on time daily as scheduled. Check schedules daily to learn of any changes necessary to accommodate unplanned business conditions. - Assists in controlling the cost of sales, labor, and profitability for the department. - Read, understand, and practice all policies and procedures as outlined in the Team member Handbook. Asks for assistance if unable to read or understand any items contained in the handbook. Takes appropriate action to report any policy violations or problems as outlined in the handbook, either to the supervisor/manager or the Human Resources Department. - Make suggestions to appropriate supervisor/manager regarding any suggestions for improving guest service, department or job efficiency. - Ensures that all food and beverage products served meet the established specifications and standards. - Runs pre-shift meetings. - Assigns workstations to team m...
