Description The Environmental Studies Department at the College of the Holy Cross invites applications for a visiting part-time faculty position to teach one course in Environmental Law during the fall semester to begin in August 2026. Scheduling of the course meeting days and time is flexible. The Environmental Studies Department at Holy Cross has a strong core of dedicated faculty; our commitment to liberal arts education enables meaningful collaborations among faculty and across courses. There are no employee benefits associated with this part-time visiting faculty appointment. Compensation for teaching one course in the Fall semester is $8,000. The College will not support H-1B applications that require the $100,000 employer fee. Qualifications: Candidates must demonstrate commitment to, and excellence in, undergraduate teaching and inclusive pedagogies as informed by current practice and scholarship in the field.
