Howmet Aerospace, a world leader in investment casting of super-alloys, aluminum, and titanium primarily for jet aircraft and industrial gas turbine markets, currently seeks a qualified and experienced Aerospace Quality Auditor for its Howmet Engine Systems Business Unit. The Aerospace Quality Auditor will be responsible for conducting internal audits for its global locations to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. The position location is remote, and the travel requirement is at least 75% of the time. Primary responsibilities: - Conduct internal onsite audits to assess compliance with AS9100/AS13100. - Participate or conduct effective on-site audits including opening meeting, interviews, records inspection, process tracking, site inspections (physically observing activities where performed, making detailed notes of strengths & weaknesses). - Complete audit reports noting required information and other details discovered during audit.
