HEAD OF PAID MEDIA Sydney or Melbourne | Leadership Team This is one of the most critical hires in Jaywing’s next phase of growth. We’re looking for a true media leader - someone who can set direction, challenge convention, and build a paid media capability that is both commercially powerful and future-ready. At Jaywing, we partner with ambitious brands to drive measurable growth through the intersection of data, creative and performance. Our clients include names like New Balance, Crocs, QuickBooks and Myer - and we’re just getting started. Now we need someone to take our paid media offering to the next level. THE OPPORTUNITY: You’ll lead and evolve a 30+ person paid media team , shaping the strategy, structure and future of how we deliver performance across search, social, display and full-funnel media. This is not a “keep things ticking” role. This is about building what comes next .
