The Business Planning & Operations team take a strategic approach to driving impact cross-functionally across TikTok. They work with multiple business units and stakeholders driving forward business growth and operational efficiency by providing significant business diagnosis and practical solutions through the use of analytical insights.: This is a highly unique role, combining both strategy and execution. Helping support TikTok Shop start-up growth in the rapidly scaling UK market. This motivated, highly analytical individual will work cross-functionally and independently on analysing data, uncovering opportunities, designing initiatives and helping launch them in the market for generating business impact. Strong preference for those with experience in top-tier strategy consulting firms.
