Talent Acquisition Specialist Department: People & Culture: Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: New York: Description: The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across the US, with additional support for EMEA. Reporting to the Regional MD, this role manages end-to-end recruitment for a range of positions, maintains candidate pipelines, and ensures positive candidate experience. The specialist supports key projects and adheres to the processes established by the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, working closely with internal stakeholders to meet hiring objectives and drive organizational growth. T he base salary for this position based in New York is expected to start around $76,000 annually. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including business needs, location, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications. - This role is open in Detroit or New York.
