The Role Reporting to the Administration Manager, SRG Global Asset Care has an opportunity for a receptionist to Join our Team based in our Canning Vale office. This role will be commencing in January 2026. You will be responsible for administrative and coordination services, that will suite a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual with strong attention to detail and organisational skills. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a value-add position, someone who thrives off working in a fast-paced role and assisting in fostering and maintaining our great culture. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in preparing documents, correspondence, and technical reports. - Raise purchase orders and maintain accurate records. - Answer phone calls, greet clients, and respond promptly to customer requests. - Manage timesheets, including exporting and entering data across multiple systems. - Process delivery dockets and enter information into the Accounts system. - Coordinate office supplies and stationery orders. - Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
