Bonus Type: This position is eligible for weekly and annual bonuses. All Nucor teammates qualify for profit sharing. Annual Profit Sharing Bonus Percentage (5 year average) = 20% of eligible earnings Compensation for this position has been averaging $25-$37/hour on our bonus structure.
