Your Responsibilities · Address and resolve customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.), delivering outstanding service in every interaction. · Manage cases in the CRM system, including ticket resolution and data logging. · Provide specialized support to our customers. · Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer journey throughout the process. · Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for improving processes and services. Your profile: We are looking for a committed and proactive Customer Support Representative to join our team in Poland. Our primary focus is ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the process, from the initial contact to the resolution of any issues. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with knowledge of German being highly valued.
