WORKSHOP OPERATIVE: MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE: This position is responsible for supporting the Repair Workflow in his/her country for all products’ categories with daily activities and collaboration in the Dyson Service Center and whole Aftermarket team. ESSENTAIL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Reporting to the Workshop Manager the essential duty is to grant the repairs workflow as per defined policy/process. - Repairs - Support the D/D+1 target as Repair lead time - Packaging handling and stock replenishment - Carrier booking and Boxes management - Spare parts - Storage management. - Collaborate with Aftersales coordinator to have the correct S&A stock for Repairs - Workshop stock inventory - Operational interactions - Support daily activities at the Workshop - Waste handling and recycling process - Support in deploying any European initiative/projected locally - Products - Counterfeit product inventory and management - Reclamation flow management - Fosters a sense of teamwork throughout the organization.
